Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may already be in processing, and we may not be able to accommodate the request. For cancellations made within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Damaged Items
We take care to package your products securely, but if your item arrives damaged (e.g., defective or broken), please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at Hello@Yesutra.com. Include a clear photo of the damage. Damaged packaging alone does not qualify as a damaged product.
If eligible, we will replace the item at no additional cost. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
