At Yesutra, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders!

Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after being placed. Dispatch occurs when the order is handed off to the shipping carrier and is in transit to your selected address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on several factors, including your location and any potential shipping carrier delays. Below are the estimated shipping times:

  • 🌎 United States: 7–12 business days
  • 🌍 International: 10–20 business days

Please note that during peak seasons and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit and tracking updates that are beyond our control. Additionally, international shipments may face unexpected customs delays, which could extend the overall delivery timeframe.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete shipping information may result in processing delays or order cancellations.

If our system detects an address issue, our support team will email you within 3 business days to verify your shipping details. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at Hello@Yesutra.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications after this period.

Delayed Delivery

At Yesutra, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, some circumstances beyond our control may cause delays, such as:

  • Shipping carrier delays (e.g., severe weather, customs, or transportation disruptions)
  • Product availability issues
  • Payment processing delays
  • Address verification problems

In such cases, we will keep you updated and work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. However, Yesutra is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer within our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at Hello@Yesutra.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

We strongly recommend that you also reach out to the courier directly to file a claim, as most shipping companies have a process for lost or stolen packages. While we will do our best to help, Yesutra is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, as these fall outside our refund policy.

In some cases, if the package is not found or delivered, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. If theft is suspected, we recommend filing a police report.
